Stefan Parge in a company office, next to him his digital twin as a glowing AI agent

Stefan Parge · AI engineer & consultant

Your team spends hours on work an AI agent could do.

I find that work with you, build AI agents that run inside your existing systems and keep them running. One person from the first conversation to production.

  • 15+ years building software
  • EU hosting & data residency
  • EN · DE · SV
  • No vendor lock-in

Sounds familiar?

Most of the work worth automating is not exciting. It is the same task, done by hand, every day.

  • Someone types the same order into three systems.

An agent reads the order once and fills in the rest. Your team checks the exceptions.

  • Customer emails wait two days because one person knows the answers.

An agent drafts the reply from your own rules. The person reviews it and sends.

  • Everyone has a ChatGPT account, but no process has changed.

A workshop on your own processes shows where AI saves time and where it does not.

  • A vendor promised AI. Months later there is a pilot nobody uses.

I look at what exists, keep what works and get it into daily use.

What I can do for you.

Start small with a workshop or one agent. Everything I build runs in the EU and belongs to you.

Workshop

AI Workshop

Everyone on your team has tried ChatGPT. Nobody knows yet what AI should do in your company. In one workshop we go through your real processes together, and you leave with use cases worth building.

  • On your own processes
  • Half or full day, on site or remote
  • Written use cases and plan
  • No course, no certificates

Consulting

AI Consulting

You know AI could help, but not where to start or which vendor to trust. I look at how your business runs and tell you plainly where AI pays off and where it doesn't.

  • Review of your processes
  • Roadmap with priorities
  • Vendor-neutral advice
  • I stay through go-live

AI Agents

AI Agents & Automation

Your people copy data between systems, sort the inbox and read the same kind of document all day. I build AI agents that do this work inside the systems you already use.

  • Inbox and document intake
  • Agents for ERP, DMS and email
  • A person checks where it matters
  • EU-hosted, every run logged

Apps & Web

App & Web Development

The spreadsheet that runs half the company, or the tool no vendor sells. I build the app you actually need and add AI where it saves time.

  • Internal business tools
  • Customer portals and web apps
  • Company websites
  • AI features in your product

Where most companies start

Not sure where to start? Start with one day.

In a workshop with your team I go through two or three of your real processes. You leave with a written list of use cases, what each one would take and which one to build first.

About the workshop
From a current project

An expert assessment firm in Germany

  1. Before

For every damaged device, the experts searched the web for the model, its successor and current prices. Case after case, by hand. Time they would rather spend on the assessment itself.

  2. What I built

I built an agent that identifies the device, finds the successor model and pulls real retailer offers. It proposes a replacement value with its sources. The expert checks it and decides.

  3. Today

The agent is part of their daily work now. Before any change goes live, I test it against real past cases, and I run the system for them.

Inside every agent I build

Your team sets the rules. The agent follows them.

When does an invoice need sign-off? What happens with a complaint that comes without a receipt? In the agents I build, rules like these live in CtxCore Brain instead of the code. The person responsible changes them without a developer, and every case shows which rule the agent applied.

How the rulebook works

A short engagement you can plan around.

It starts with one conversation and a clear next step. You won't get a 50-page strategy deck.

  1. 1

    Discovery

A 30-minute call. You tell me where it hurts, I listen.

  2. 2

    Scoped plan

A written plan with cost, timeline and risks, before any work starts.

  3. 3

    Build

I work in two-week cycles, so you see working software every two weeks.

  4. 4

    Run or hand over

I document everything. I keep it running for you, or your team takes it over.
